looking for a sauna is like looking for a wife, we bought this after researched several days. it is what we like: package arrived nice in a plywood box. nothing damaged. installation is easy like lego, workmanship is nice! wood is very thick, the structure is very strong. shingles and underlayment included. many website sell is for extra $400--$600, backrest, towels, sand timer, buckets, thermometer, sauna hats, floor mat etc. included, all other sauna companies charge extra for it. this retail price on Amazon is minimum $270. the sauna size is suitable for us. the price matches our budget! we have been using it and we love it!
